World Menopause Day 2023


18th May every year is World Menopause Day. This year’s theme is cardiovascular disease in Women.

Cardiovascular Disease is the second leading cause of death in Women in Australia -ref 1 and Early Menopause is linked with an increase in All-cause mortality and cardiovascular related mortality in women ref 2.
