My Goal
My goal is to provide a safe space for my patients to explore their health options and guide them through evidence-based medicine and simple actionable steps towards a healthier life.
My Story
I have over 15 years of experience as a general practitioner and 20 years of clinical experience. Following completion of University, working in hospitals ,GP training and working as a GP in the UK, I moved to Australia in 2013 and has lived and worked in Melbourne since.

I have a special interest in Lifestyle Medicine, Medical Weight Loss, Women's health, Menopause Management, and Chronic Disease Management. My passion for health outcomes led me to further study in Lifestyle Medicine which resonated with my style of medicine and I gained Board Certification in Lifestyle Medicine in 2023. My aim is to guide patients to better health through simple and actionable steps.

Lifestyle Medicine is an evidence- based, whole-person approach to patient care, looking at small actionable improvement in diet, stress reduction, exercise, social connection, sleep and wellbeing. It is an adjunct to conventional medicine with the aim to prevent and treat common conditions.

Outside of work, I enjoy a good coffee, reformer pilates, on her peloton bike and travelling.
